JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired former Oakland Raiders running backs coach Kelly Skipper to the same position and parted ways with Terry Richardson.Skipper spent the previous eight seasons with the Raiders, the last six as running backs coach and two as tight ends coach.He worked in Oakland alongside new Jaguars offensive co-ordinator Greg Olson, who was given leeway to make changes after taking over last week.Skipper has 26 years of coaching experience, including 18 at the collegiate level.
